The National Insurance Crime Bureau has released a list of car theft occurrences by the cities where most took place during 2012. Here are the top 10, and where they were before, on last year’s list.

Yay! Redding made the top ten...no, wait! Going from number 40 on this list to number 10 means insurance rates will be higher this year. Sometimes reaching the top of the list isn’t such a fabulous achievement.
