What’s this all about?

It’s about Microsoft no longer supporting XP next year.

Hackers are dancing in their parent’s basements with glee. There will be no one stopping them from infecting all computers that are using XP, because Microsoft will no longer be responsible for protecting XP users from malware.

Has Microsoft lost it’s corporate marbles?

I have tried Windows 8. It is just as unpleasant an experience as Windows XP.

When you get a new computer, get a Mac. The software and hardware are specifically designed to work together. There is no substitute for a Mac.

I have some experience with Windows touch, Kindles, Nooks, and Android pads. They don’t deliver the pleasurable experience that the genuine article provides. If you are thinking of getting an iPad, get a real iPad.

You deserve the real thing.
